Sir,

On Friday, September 20, whilst visiting Tenby on a coach trip, I unfortunately tripped over a piece of stone jutting out on the corner of Upper Frog Street and White Lion Street, resulting in a nasty cut above my eye.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to Jane, Judith, Lynne and the gentleman who rushed to my aid. All four of them assisted in transporting my husband and myself to the local Cottage Hospital's A&E and contacting our coach driver to let him know the situation.

Also, a big thank you to the two nurses on duty for the quick and efficient attention I received.

As a result of everyone's goodwill, we were able to continue our homeward journey on our coach on time. I cannot thank you all enough.
