John Paul Jones, a Herbalife independent distributor, and his partner, Emma Thomas, have been running the challenge over the past 12 weeks and the results have been amazing to say the least.

Said John: "We have only had a small group of seven in this challenge, but in the next one that starts on September 30 in the Belgrave Hotel, Tenby, at 5.30 pm, we have room for 25-30 participants. However, spaces are going fast this time as the word of the results are spreading.

"The results from this small group are amazing. They lost a total of five stone and two ounces, their body sizes shrunk and they lost 122cm from around their bodies - and this from just seven people in 12 weeks."

First prize of £100 went to Kieran Phelan, second prize of £60 went to Sharon Ellis, third prize of £40 went to Anna Sine, while the shrinkage fund went to Sharon Davies.
