The Gower Hotel, Saundersfoot, was the venue for the Tenby Visually Impaired People Group's Christmas lunch on Tuesday, December 12. Thirty- one members and guests enjoyed a delicious meal in convivial company. Chairman, John Webb welcomed everyone, especially members from Saundersfoot Rotary Club and Saundersfoot and Tenby Inner Wheel Clubs, who provide assistance throughout the year. Flowers were presented to secretary, Margaret Walker, and treasurer, Betty Gordon, in recognition of all their hard work, and several members went home with raffle prizes. Project worker, Elly Morgan, advised that there would not be a meeting of the group in January and the annual general meeting would be held on the third Tuesday in February. If any visually impaired person in the area is interested in joining the group, which meets on the third Tuesday of the month, please contact Margaret Walker on 843464.
