TENBY U13s 49 pts
WHITLAND 0
Tenby travelled with a full squad. Unfortunately, Whitland only managed to field a reduced team, which consequently resulted in a 10-a-side match being played. Robert Clarke took the initiative scoring the first try of the morning. The try went unconverted.
Bobby Briers was next to touch down, followed by Oliver Morgan, whose try was converted by Daniel Colley, making the score 17-0.
Daniel then scored their fourth try, bringing the score to 22-0.
Sam Foster was next on the score sheet, David Saunders converting to make the score 29-0 at half-time.
With players changing position and a roll on and off substitution system, the team were determined to keep a clean sheet.
First score of the second-half came from a run down the touchline by David Saunders.
The next try came from Robert Whitfield, making only his second start for the Swifts, who shows a lot of future promise. Not to be outdone, Robbie Tuttle added to the score to make it 44-0.
Last try of the morning came from a well worked move which resulted in Daniel Colley making the final score 49-0.
