Pre-season training gets underway promptly at 7 pm next Thursday at Heywood Lane.
All training sessions this year will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings starting prompt at 7 pm.
The first league fixture is on September 6, home against Lampeter in the newly constructed Division Three West.
Other new fixtures include games against Aberystwyth, Trimsaran, Llandeilo, Lampeter, Gowerton, Hendy and Pontardulais.
Pontyberem, Kidwelly, Gorseinon, Penclawdd, Tumble and local rivals Haverfordwest survive from the old Division Four West.
