Chairman Val extended a warm welcome to everyone to the September meeting when an excellent meal was enjoyed at the Baytree restaurant.
A letter was received from Ty Hafan thanking members for their donation of £90.
Chairman Val thanked everyone who helped at the flower festival.
The raffle was won by Ruth Goldwait.
Dates to put in your diaries: October 23 - Quiz night at Tenby Rugby Club to raise funds for the under 16s, teams of four, £10 per team, 7.30 pm start.
November (DTBC) - Ladies Circle Pandora's Box. All money raised will go to DEBRA. Contact Melanie Rogers for more details.
November 17 - Once again members have been asked to do Christmas shoeboxes. These should be given to Toni Lucas or Betty Charnock no later than November 17.
December 11 - Town carol service at St. Mary's Church, 7 pm. All members invited to attend.
The next meeting will be on November 19 at Heywood Mount Hotel, at 7 for 7.30 pm prompt (please note early start). Deborah Griffiths, of 'Coal House', will be giving a talk after dinner.
