Twenty members were present at the meeting on Monday, when a welcome was extended to guest Mrs. Rachel Gibby, who was attending to tell about the work of Age Concern.
There are many aspects of help for illness or perhaps items to fit in the home to help things run smoothly. There are also many leaflets of advice and some of the members were able to ask questions. It was all very interesting.
The next meeting on January 22 is the lunch at the Giltar Hotel at 12.30 pm. Will all members who have booked, kindly bring a small gift for the raffle table. See you there.
