Tenby Trotters Running Club member Nicole Ferguson (seen left) recently presented Mr. Holt, lead surgical consultant at the breast care unit at the Prince Phillip Hospital, Llanelli, with £1,600, which she raised by successfully completing the Cardiff Half Marathon in October.

Having been treated by the unit herself, Nicole took up running following her treatment and set herself the target of running her first half marathon and raising money for the breast care unit, whose research and patient care is run primarily on charity donations.

Nicole would like to thank all those who kindly sponsored her and the local businesses that supported her, including FBM, Andrew Price Tenby, Park Road Fish and Chips, Café No. 25, The Parsonage Inn, The Baytree Restaurant, Rembrandt Jewellers, Zedten Caravans, Big Brums and Spartacus Special Building Projects Ltd.
