Restpoint Trust, Bank House, Narberth - detached dwelling adjacent to Southlands (recommend refusal).
Mr. K. May, Three Mariners Inn, Tenby - listed building application and full, change of use from external balcony and office to roof-top restaurant and games room (recommend refusal).
