Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council on Tuesday night for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. and Mrs. E. Davies, 88 Upper Hill Park, Tenby - bay window and dining room window to front, conservatory to side and patio to front (deferred, awaiting observations of neighbours).
Mr. W. James, Clover Hill, Northcliff, Tenby - demolition of existing dwelling; replacement dwelling plus associated ground works (deferred).
Mr. Keith Silcox, c/o PCA Architects - bus depot, erection of building and boundary fence to accommodate bus ancillary station, WC and storage, at the Salterns site (recommended refusal, on the grounds of there not being enough efficient car park spaces in Tenby; need to look at alternative sites).
Mrs. L. Fisher, Tenby House Hotel, Tenby - External bar servery and extension to balcony (no objections).
Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest - replace existing front entrance door at Glendower House, The Norton, Tenby (no objections).
