Pembrokeshire Housing - alterations including new ramped access, replace existing window on left-hand side of frontage with new door; new door to right-hand side of frontage, existing walk through to be converted into a bin store and create new pavement at side of vehicle access to building, at Acorn Heights Residential Apartments, Greenhill Road, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Lorne Always, c/o agent Mr. Ian Gilbert - use of ground floor and upper floors of Gwynne House as bed and breakfast accommodation (C1) and basement as dwelling (C3) - retrospective - at Gwynne House, Bridge Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Robert Bennett, Brynteg Farmhouse, Bridgend - replace one wooden door and one wooden bay sash window with PVC, at Flat 3, South Bay Apartments, 19 Victoria Street, Tenby (no objections).
BT PLC c/o Harlequin Group - installation of Openreach Broadband cabinet outside Tenby VC Infant School, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
