Mr. Wyndham Collins, Camrose, Holly Hill Lane, Sarisbury Green, Southampton - demolition of existing two-storey detached dwelling, construction of replacement two-storey detached dwelling with integrated garage and bat loft, associated landscaping, at Shearwaters, North Cliff, Tenby (deferred for site meeting).

Mr. Richard Pearson, Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable - erection of external lighting to ground floor elevations and car park associated with Premier Inn, White Lion Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Andrew Salisbury - construction of raised decking area and replacement of an existing window with French doors, at 38 Lady Park, Tenby (refusal).

Mr. Phillip Walters - conversion of existing dwelling to 4 x 3 bedroom self-contained flats, at St. Mary's House, St. Mary's Hill, Tenby (approval).
