A local man has been remanded in custody after pleading guilty to two charges of sexual activity with a child. Forty-nine-year-old Gary Stewart Phillips, of Church Park, Tenby, appeared before Swansea Crown Court on Monday, for a plea and directions hearing. Mr. Phillips denied three other charges of sexual contact with a child. Judge Gerald Price said Mr. Phillips would be sentenced on April 1, after the preparation of a report by a psychiatrist. He has also been ordered to register with the police as a sex offender.
