The latest Ladies Circle meeting was held on July 9.

A reminder was given that the annual summer dinner will be held tomorrow (Saturday), 8 pm, Swallow Tree Restaurant, Saundersfoot. Payment of £18 for those attending is to be given to the treasurer. For availability and menus contact Jayne Colley.

Dates to remember: Sunday - attendants from Circle required for afternoon festivities at the 'Medieval Fayre' at the harbour; Friday, July 24 - preparations for Party On The Beach at the home of Louise Bradley, Wooden; Saturday, July 25 - area lunch in Swansea, those interested in attending contact Jayne Osborne for further details; Sunday, July 26 - all Circlers to provide 4lb flour mixture prepared for 'Party On The Beach'; Wednesday, August 5 - Fireman's Carnival, contact chairwoman, Sian, for details of float design and costumes;  Sunday, August 9, 'Party On The Beach', mixture will again be required for Welsh cakes.

The next meeting will be on Thursday, August 13, at the home of Katrina.
