On Sunday, the Lewis Lewis and Co sponsored Tenby Under 10s entertained Cardigan to a game played in bright conditions. The Tenby side were in confident mood following a good away win the previous week at Aberaeron and started strongly, with forwards and backs combining well and some good strong tackling. The Tenby forwards Lewis, Dylan, Rhys and the ever-present second rows Alex and Richard were lively in the loose and Lewis's tackling and ball- winning ability proved vital. Half-backs Edward and James ran and passed well and centre William ran good lines and his handling at times was exceptional. Ben, on the wing, ran strongly and was always ready to get up after the tackle and make more ground. It was a very positive performance and after a close first half the boys ran out comfortable winners, with tries scored by Ben, Edward, Alex, Lewis and James. Special mention should go to Mikey and Cieran, who unselfishly turned out for Cardigan to enable the game to take place.
