Since having its marriage licence granted, the first wedding took place on Saturday, May 30, at St. Julian's Church, The Harbour, Tenby, of Rowland George Squibbs and Jane Elizabeth Brace.
The bridegroom is the son of Arthur and Norah Squibbs, while the bride is the daughter of Bertie and Thelma Brace.
The bridegroom is an engineer with Imtech Process and the bride is an employment officer, with the Cer Amdani Project.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a deep red taffeta gown and carried a bouquet of gold sphinx roses.
She was attended by Charlotte, Bethany and Ruby Poupard, bride's nieces, and the best man was the bridegroom's long time friend, Andrew Blaney.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Bay Tree, Tenby.
The honeymoon will be taken later in the summer, on the Isles of Scilly.
The bride's bouquet was placed on her grandparents' graves.
