Tenby’s Mayor has pointed towards another positive step forward for making the seaside town ‘Dementia Friendly’.
Tenby Museum and Art Gallery, the De Valence Pavilion and Qube Restaurant have all undergone training recently to be dementia friendly.
The free training which only takes an hour is open to all businesses, who will receive a certificate of recognition, and an all-weather welcome mat with the forget-me-not logo to demonstrate they are dementia friendly.
Anyone interested can contact Cherry Evans at: [email protected]
Gill Nicholls from the Qube Restaurant is pictured receiving the certificate on behalf of Matthew Ronowitz and all the team, from Mayor, Cllr Sam Skyrme-Blackhall, Cherry Evans from PAVS, and Tenby community engagement officer Anne Draper.
