A totally enjoyable read was the unanimous decision of the Tenby Book Club when discussing 'Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire', an autobiography by Amanda Foreman, at their latest meeting.

The book was full of painstaking detail, while it still flowed well making it an easy read. The political content made it very topical for the June elections, while the parallels with Georgiana and Princess Diana were more than obvious.

The next meeting will be at Greenhill Centre at 7 pm on Thursday, July 12. The next book to be read is 'Trust Me' by Lesley Pearse, followed by 'Ice People' written by Maggy Gee. Any person having a love of books is welcome to join for a chat at these evenings.
