It's that time of year when Tenby swings behind desperately hungry families in the world by supporting Christian Aid Week.
The charity's local committee has organised an number of events to try to raise funds for this hugely important cause.
St. Johns Church has a coffee morning at 10.30 on Wednesday, May 15.
On Saturday, May 18, St. Mary's Church stage their annual Christian Aid concert. This time its two choirs for the price of one, as Tenby Male Choir is joined by Ballyclare Male Voice Choir.
The 35-strong choir Ballyclare choir is based near Belfast and like the Tenby choir enjoys a high reputation.
The soloist at the concert is Tenby's own second tenor Paul Varallo.
Admission is £7 with a concession for over 65s at £6. Under 16s are free and the concert starts at 7.30 pm.
St. Johns is also organising a high tea at 3 pm on on Wednesday, May 22. Entry is just £3.
Anyone who cannot attend any of these events is invited to leave a donation at the door or with the secretary at 9 Crackwell Street, Tenby.
Malcolm Stacey, of Tenby Christian Aid, said: "The town always rallies magnificently to support Christian Aid events. We are looking forward to another blistering week.
"With government aid being cut to many very poor countries, because of the world financial situation, it is even more important that we maintain previous levels of generosity."
He added: "Christian Aid is a charity which makes every penny account. Its workers are extremely experienced in making sure donations reach the people who really need it. It does not finance their governments and especially not corrupt officials."
