What better way to start the school holidays, than with a smile at Templeton Community Association’s fourth annual ‘Templeton BIG Weekend’.

Proceeds will be split between Templeton Community Association and Wales Air Ambulance.

There will be a marquee on the village green, a licensed bar, music and BBQ all weekend.

Friday, July 15: Race Night 7 pm until late. A night at the races . . . Be a jockey? Own a horse? Sponsor a race? Have a flutter? Or just come and absorb the atmosphere. Licenced bar and BBQ.

Saturday, July 16: Annual Fun Day, 4 pm until late. Fun packed afternoon for spectators and competitors. Licensed bar and BBQ.

A modern slant on the infamous 1980s Templeton ‘It’s a Knockout!’ Teams of 6 tackle the Templeton obstacle course (all competitors will get wet), wheel barrows, Mutant Ninja Turtles, soap, bales of hay and much much more. Dance into the night with Paddy.
