KILN Park, Tenby, hosted a surprise event for one of their young holidaymakers, Sam Rowlands, who is just nine-years-old.

Sadly, Sam was diagnosed with a brain tumour at the beginning of the year, but this has since been removed and he underwent radiotherapy around six weeks ago.

He was on holiday through Latch, which has a charity caravan located at Kiln Park, before he starts his chemotherapy in May.

Sam is an avid car fanatic, and Kiln Park staff members Tracy Davis and Dan Sansome managed to arrange for local car group Garage 8 to attend the site for a surprise event for him.

“With over 30 cars attending, Sam was amazed when they rolled through the gates just for him,” said Tracy.

“Many thanks must go to Ben from Garage 8 for gathering so many cars to attend and for the surprise gifts and cake for Sam.”
