A 'pop-up film festival' which is scheduled to take place in Tenby next weekend has received further support from the town council.

Councillors agreed at their meeting on Tuesday night to contribute a donation of £200 towards the insurance of the Films4Tenby event, which will be hosting a weekend of films between March 15 and 17, with screenings taking place at various 'unusual and quirky locations' around Tenby, which will be transformed into cinema spaces.

Clr. Mrs. Christine Brown praised the event and said that two of the filmscreenings had already sold out.
