The wedding took place recently at St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Karoi, Wellington, New Zealand, of Mr. Andrew Gee and Miss Patricia Flanagan. The groom is the eldest son of Roy and Doreen Gee, while the bride is the youngest daughter of David and the late Elsie Flanagan, of Tenby. The bride, who was given away by her father, David, who had travelled out to New Zealand for the special occasion, wore a blush pink wedding gown, with satin and chiffon layering and crystal beads adorning the bodice. Her attendants were her sister Elizabeth Flanagan, who wore an antique rose evening gown, and her niece, Sarah Gee, who acted as flower girl and wore a blush pink, satin and netting-layered dress with embroidered rosebuds. The page boy and ring bearers were Brendan Gee and Joshua Wong (both nephews of the bride and groom). Best man was Conrad Young, a cousin of the groom, who had travelled from San Francisco. After the wedding service, which was conducted by Father Tom O'Brien, the wedding party arrived at the reception in flame red Jeep Wranglers, adorned with both the Kiwi bird and the Welsh dragon. The couple will be making their home in Karori, Wellington, New Zealand.
