DIRECTOR of Education Gerson Davies opened the Annual Art Exhibition at Pembroke Dock Library on Monday, June 7.
The exhibition, which will be open daily during library hours until June 26, shows examples of work completed by students attending art classes at Pembroke Dock Community Learning Centre. Their experience varies, some having been painting for years, while others were complete beginners when they started attending classes.
Many of the students enjoyed art at school, but have only found time to take it up as a pastime in their retirement. If this sounds like you, then look out for the new Learning Pembrokeshire brochure, which will be out during August.
There will be a variety of art classes on offer throughout the county covering the various media - acrylic, drawing, oil painting and watercolours.
