If you want to enjoy delicious home-grown Pembrokeshire produce over the festive season, then don’t miss Haverfordwest Farmers Market’s four special Christmas markets.
The Christmas markets will be held today (Friday) and Fridays, December 11 and 18, with an extra market held on Wednesday, December 23, between 9 am and 3 pm, at Riverside Shopping.
The Christmas markets promise to be full of festive fun, with local producers selling a wide range of produce from fresh local turkeys, chicken and other meats to seasonal vegetables, and award-winning preserves and cheese.
There are also lots of other goodies, from delicious home-made mince pies to Christmas cake and Christmas puddings - including gluten-free items.
For those looking for special Christmas garden gifts or to decorate their own home, there are hand-made holly and fir wreaths, planted baskets and festive foliage.
And lots of stallholders will be selling gift packs or hampers full of their produce - or why not buy a selection of produce and make your own?
Three fantastic new food and drink producers will also be joining Haverfordwest Farmers Market in the run-up to Christmas - and returning in the New Year.
A new microbrewery, the Tenby Brewing Company, will be showcasing their full flavour beers, while Cnwc Crackers will be introducing their delicious Welsh butter savoury crackers.
The award-winning Farmers Food at Home will also be at the Market with their mouth-watering range of jams, preserves, and chutneys.
Shoppers will also be able to enjoy listening to carols sung by pupils of St. Marks and Fenton schools in Haverfordwest on December 11 and 18.
The Christmas Markets will be held on today (Friday) and December 11, 18 and 23 between 9 am and 3 pm. There will be no market on New Year’s Day - it will return on Friday, January 8.
