Married recently at The Old Library Register Office in Carmarthen were Mairead Vallance and Rhydian Beynon, of Stackpole and Skewen.

The bride, given away by her son, Thomas Vallance, wore a designer white wedding gown with ruffles of tulle and a detailed bodice, complete with a cathedral train veil.

She carried a bouquet of lavender and gypsophila

The best man was Mr. Matthew Beynon (groom’s son).

The ushers were Dylan Beynon (groom’s son) and Andrew Jones.

The bridesmaids’ were Lucie Vallance (bride’s daughter), Katie Bishop (bride’s niece) and Rachel Jones.

A reception will be held later in the year.

They will spend their honeymoon in Cardiff.

They have made their home in Llanelli.
