Over 30 Penally senior citizens attended the annual St. David's Day lunch in the Village Hall, a day early on February 29.

A delicious cawl was served with bread and cheese, followed by apple pie and custard, all washed down with a couple of glasses of wine.

Thanks to the ladies of the village who prepared the food and served it so cheerfully, thanks also to Penally Abbey Hotel for cooking the cawl and to Margaret Brown who did the delightful table decorations.
