For the next four weeks, a new community activity is taking place at Bethany Chapel, the home of Pennar Community Church.

Springboard is an organisation involved with adult learning and for the next four Wednesdays, from 12.30 until 2.30 pm, the focus of attention is on soup and bread-making. An invitation is extended to all who might like to learn new skills.

Church activities are as usual: Sunday - services at 11 am and 6 pm, led by Rev. Roger Hart; Monday - prayer and Bible study at 7.30 pm; Tuesday - Sisterhood at 7.30 pm; Wednesday - Little Angels 10 am and Fat Club 7.15 pm; Saturday - Messy Church at 11 am.

Community activities: Wednesday - Springboard cookery course for adults at 12.30, Rainbows and Brownies at 4 pm; Thursday - Roger's Ranch line dancers raise the rafters.

A warm welcome is extended to any and all of these activities.
