Hywel Dda Health Board's Volunteering for Health scheme is looking for a sporty person to assist with a project.

A volunteer is needed to assist the occupational therapist at Bro Cerwyn Mental Health Unit in Haverfordwest.

The occupational therapist arranges activities such as basketball, football and crafts for the patients at the unit.

David Fretwell, Volunteer for Health Project coordinator, said: "This role would suit someone interested in sport and possibly looking for a career within mental health.

"I think people will be surprised at the range of opportunities we have on offer - the roles really are very varied and we only ask you give any time that you can.

"We have had numerous volunteers who have used practical experience such as this to go on and do university courses or get employment."
