The South Beach toilets are continuing to experience a problem of inadequate water supply, which necessitated their closure for short periods last week.
A spokesman for Pembrokeshire County Council apologised for the inconvenience caused, explaining that although the council had identified permanent solutions to the problem, these could not be put into operation before the Bank Holiday weekend.
There are now 12 portable toilets installed on site as a temporary measure to cover any further periods of closure.
