Following their recent visit to the Carew airfield control tower, it was 'business as usual' last week for the ladies of Pennar Community Church. At their regular Tuesday evening meeting, Mrs. Betty Barnes was the speaker and a very enjoyable evening was had by all.

A warm welcome awaits ladies of all ages each Tuesday evening when the ladies meet in Bethany schoolroom at 7.30 pm.

Following the recent Harvest celebrations, the church has sent a cheque for £550 to Tear Fund Water Aid, to help those suffering drought conditions in Uganda.

That same welcome is extended to everyone to join in the Sunday services held in Bethany chapel each week at 11 am and 6 pm
