Tenby adventurer, Rosie Swale Pope put her best foot forward as she headed out of Moscow's Red Square on the next leg of her 20,000 mile round the world voyage on two feet. The 57-year-old grandmother was near Nogensk earlier this week, where she met up with friends who gave her a 'stroller' type pushchair, for her to carry her heavy rucksack, making her challenge a little easier.

AS well as making the news back home, Rosie Swale Pope has also been hitting the headlines in Turkey.

Mrs. Ruth Griffiths, of Penally, called into our offices on Wednesday with a cutting of a Turkish newspaper featuring Rosie's epic journey.

Her daughter, Jenny, lives there and brought the 'paper home with her during a recent visit.
