A pet snake has been found slithering around a back garden in Tenby.

The animal was discovered last Wednesday by people living in Broadwell Hayes.

They covered the snake with a dustbin and then phoned Ginny and Russ at Silent World for help.

The two-foot long reptile is now in their care, but they are anxious to find its owner.

"The snake is definitely a pet as it is very tame, easy to handle and very well looked after," said Ginny, who has turned to the Observer for help in trying to reunite the snake with its owner.
