Pictured at last weekend's Smallholder and Garden Festival at the Royal Welsh Show ground, the president Edward Perkins chats to vintage enthusiast Alcwyn Phillips, of Blaenwaun, Whitland, who restored this 3hp two-stroke Petter engine, originally built in 1923 after it was discover in bits a few years ago.
