Simon Rimmer (pictured) presents BBC2's Something for the Weekend and is famed for his down-to-earth personality and fun approach to cooking.
The keen fish chef will be hosting a demonstration and masterclass on Wednesday, July 1st at the Torch Theatre in Milford Haven.
The annual masterclass is one of the annual festival's highlights. The evening will also include tips on suitable wines to drink with his recipes from Celtic Wines.
As well as his many TV roles Simon, who believes cooking should be 'sociable, straightforward and sparkling', also performs cookery demonstrations around the country including the BBC Good Food Show.
He has published three books, The Accidental Vegetarian, Rebel Cook and Lazy Brunch, while his fourth book The Seasoned Vegetarian is due out this month.
As well as his presenting and writing duties, Simon is also patron of two award-winning restaurants in Manchester - Greens and Earle.
"We are delighted to welcome Simon to Fish Week 2009," said Kate Morgan, festival organiser and Pembrokeshire County Council food officer.
"He is well known throughout the country and brings his own unique and warm style of presenting to cooking fish and shellfish."
Tickets for the evening can be booked at the Torch Theatre on 01646 695267 for £16 (£14 concessions). Doors open at 7 pm. The price includes a complimentary glass of wine courtesy of Celtic Wines.
