Service beyond the norm

Sir,

May I, through your columns, express my sincere thanks to the staff (past and present) of Londis supermarket (Trafalgar Stores), Tenby, for the everyday courtesy and assistance shown to my mother, Mrs. Olwen Dickinson, during the last 10 years or so when it wasn't so easy for her to get into town.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and their customer service skills deserve public acclamation. They are beyond the acceptable norm.

My mother would have had difficulty in managing without them.
