Well-known evangelist Don Double is holding a mission in Manorbier and Pembroke next week, at the invitation of local church leader, Rev. Jonathan Fiddy, of Emmanuel Gospel Church. There is a special significance to this event as Mr. Fiddy received his own call to the ministry as a result of a Don Double mission over 30 years ago.

Jonathan Fiddy says "When I attended the mission, I heard the true message of Christianity for the first time. I wanted everyone to hear that message for themselves, and have therefore invited Don to come to Pembrokeshire. I want to give an open invite to all, atheists, agnostics and believers, and encourage people to come and hear the gospel preached as it is meant to be."

Don Double has travelled the world preaching the gospel and has over 50 years experience of miracles and changed lives, seeing countless conversions to Christianity. Many have come back to testify to being healed of all sorts of ailments.

Dates and times of crusade events are as follows: • At Emmanuel Gospel Church, Manorbier (near Penuel Chapel and the garden centre): Thursday, September 7, at 7.30 pm; Friday, September 8, at 10.30 am (Ladies' coffee morning and ministry); Saturday, September 9, at 7.30 pm, and Sunday, September 10, at 10.15 am. • At Pembroke Town Hall: Friday, September 8, at 7.30 pm.

There is no charge for any of the events. The organisers stress that all people of faiths and denominations are welcome, and invite people to bring the sick, or a friend, to hear the good news. For details, telephone, Rev. Jonathan Fiddy on (01834) 871975.
