After several previous very successful yarn bombing displays this year, the latest project for the Little and Large Cafe ‘Yarn Bombing Team’, based in Saundersfoot, was to crochet and knit poppies and put together a display for the front fence of the café in readiness for Remembrance Day this weekend.

All members of the ‘team’, who meet every Thursday at 10 am in the café, have been busy over the past few weeks making poppies of all sizes.

The poppies can be bought for a donation or a poppy can be dedicated to a loved one for a donation by calling in the café and seeing the staff there for details

All proceeds will be forwarded to the British Legion 2017 Poppy Appeal.

Anyone wishing to join the evergrowing band of Yarn Bombers can just turn up at the café at 10 am on a Thursday and join in for a cuppa and a chat!
