Results of the last three Saundersfoot Sea Angling Club matches were as follows:

Ten club members fished at the Tenby Open on Sunday, October 26.

Five anglers weighed in eight flounder. Phil Davies beat Carl Gunning in the final of the singles K. O. and scooped the £50 prize.

Results were: 1. Tony O'Neill, heaviest fish, 0.500 kg (10 points and kitty); 2. Phil Davies, heaviest bag, 0.720 kg (eight points); 3. Jon Brace, second bag, 0.450 kg (six points).

Eleven members fished at Laugharne on Sunday, November 2, and five anglers weighed in nine flounder.

Results were: 1. Mick Tew, heaviest fish, 0.685 kg (10 points and £30); 2. Jon Brace, heaviest bag, 0.542 kg (eight points and £15); 3. Brian Coombes, second bag, 0.482 kg (six points).

Last Sunday, 14 members fished at Ginst and four anglers weighed in six flounder.

Results were: 1. Mel Matthews, heaviest fish, 0.755 kg (10 points and £35); 2. Dai Lewis, heaviest bag, 1.420 kg (eight points and £15); 3. Liam Ridgeway, second bag, 0.707 kg (six points).

Mick is no longer in the running for the Flounder Cup!

Current leaderboard is as follows: W. Williams 75; P. Davies 59; B. Coombes 58; D. Lewis 58; L. Ridgeway 48.

The Ladies Cup is still uncontested - plenty of matches left yet.
