Saundersfoot Rotary Club will be taking on another sponsored walk for Prostate Cymru this month.

The charity walk will take place on Thursday, September 24 along a 10k circular route around Angle.

This event holds special significance for several Rotary members, including one member who attended a Prostate Cymru PSA testing clinic at Narberth Rugby Club last year.

Despite having no symptoms, his test identified prostate cancer at an early stage, enabling him to receive prompt treatment and ongoing care. He and his wife will be taking part in the walk and have already raised more than £150 in sponsorship.

Rotarians are also grateful to Prostate Cymru for supporting this event and providing promotional materials to help raise awareness of the vital work they do across Wales.

Prostate Cymru provides an invaluable service by offering free PSA testing clinics across the region. Their work has helped save thousands of lives through early detection and they richly deserve our support.

Every step taken and every pound raised will help Prostate Cymru continue funding life-saving awareness campaigns, testing programmes and support services for men and their families.
