The great Saundersfoot RNLI ‘magical mystery pebble competition’ is back this Sunday!

The competition takes place on August 24, from 3 to 4pm. Pick up your entry card on Saundersfoot beach by the slipway and hunt for pebbles with serious personality!

A spokesperson for the Saundersfoot RNLI branch said: “We want the show-offs, the head-turners, the ones that make you go "WHOA!"

“Does yours look like Uncle Bob? A sleepy dog? A turtle? Has it got crazy colours, bizarre shapes, or mysterious markings? Grab the family and join us for an afternoon of seaside treasure hunting. See you on the beach!”

There will be prizes for the top 3 most unusual, quirky, or fascinating finds.

*Please note, no pebbles should be taken off the beach, as they act against coastal erosion.
