Married recently at Middle Mill Chapel, Solva, were Rachel George and Jonathan Beynon. The bride is the only daughter of Leslie and Meryl George, of 153 St. Davids Road, Letterston, while the groom is the eldest son of Ken and Doreen Beynon, of 8 Nash Place, The Ridgeway, Saundersfoot. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a handmade ivory embroidered satin bodice with full-length georgette sleeves cut to a point, with an a-line ivory skirt and georgette overskirt. The bridesmaids were Sara Phillips, Ivybridge, Goodwick (bride's best friend) and Hannah Kinver, Fishguard (bride's future sister-in-law). Both wore handmade toffee-gold dresses with square necklines and square cut sleeves. Beryl Thomas, Great Letterston Farm, made all the dresses. Bouquets and buttonholes were arranged by Away with Flowers and consisted of cream roses and hipericum berries with lots of greenery. Best man was Paul Beynon (groom's brother) and the ushers were Gareth George (bride's brother) and Paul Thompstone (groom's friend). After honeymooning in Ireland, the couple will make their home in Letterston.
