Councillors in Saundersfoot have shown support for two planning applications for the seaside village, unanimously backing both.

The planning application [Reference: NP/25/0597/FUL] for Sandyhill Nurseries, located on Sandyhill Road, SA69 9DR, for a proposed first floor extension has been submitted to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park by Mrs Keilly Cooke, via agents Gerald Blain Associates Limited.

Dicussing the application at their most recent meeting, members of Saundersfoot Community Council unanimously supported the plans.

The second application [Reference: NP/25/0547/ADV ] to come before councillors featured proposals to replace existing window graphics at the Spar store which sits on The Strand.

Again, members of the Community Council offered no objections to the plans.
