Saundersfoot Community Council has welcomed a new manager.

Sam Turner joined the Council at the start of this month. Many of you will already know her as the current owner of Ecoast on the High Street.

With a real passion for the environment, Sam has organised local beach cleans, supported the local Guiding group and continues to play an active role in village life.

“I feel I have a lot to offer the Council — not only from a practical point of view, but having grown up in the village I want to help build and promote the community,” she said.

A Council spokesperson said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have Sam on board and look forward to working together to make a positive difference in Saundersfoot.”
