Following a disco in Saundersfoot Sports Club's King George V bar, the Queen and attendants were selected for the village's annual carnival, which takes place in a few weeks.
The judges, Clr. Mrs. Rosemary Hayes and Clr. Ronnie Brabon, had a difficult job in choosing the winners, but finally decided on the following:
Carnival Queen - Daniella Drummond; attendants - Laura Jenkins and Rebecca Bockhard; King - Jonathan Mattick; Fairy Queen - Hannah Gray; attendants - Zoe Thomas and Bethan Harding Jones; Prince - Miles Thomstone.
The offical crowning will take place at the carnival on Sunday, August 1, at the sports field, and organisers are confident that this year's event will be as successful as previous years.
