The Saundersfoot Branch of RNLI volunteers have swapped their village stall which was always at the mercy of the weather for a proper fundraising shop!
The new premises is on the High Street opposite the Harbwr Bar & Kitchen.
The shop has a selection of RNLI gifts and souvenirs, from homewares and clothing, tasty treats, toys, greetings cards and much more, to help raise funds for the charity.
“Sincere thanks to all who have helped get this exciting lifesaving opportunity up and running,” said volunteer Julie Davies.
“We rely on volunteers to keep our shop open and they'll be happy to welcome you to the new store, so pop in and have a look!”
Opening hours will be advertised on the Saundersfoot Branch RNLI Facebook page and there is a temporary phone number (01834 814424) if people want to ring ahead to see if the shop is open.
On October 31 RNLI volunteers will be holding a ‘Coffee & Cake’ fundraiser at Harbwr Bar & Kitchen between 9 am and 12 midday.
It will be £4 per person, where there'll also be a selection of RNLI gifts and christmas cards on sale and a raffle.
