Sir, I would like to thank Tenby Council for reversing their decision to allow parking on either side of the Catholic Church, South Parade (Observer, March 4). It is never easy to change one's mind and acknowledge a wrong decision. It takes courage to do so. Therefore, during this time of Lent such a decision is most appropriate and well received. A number of people came up to me after my letter was published in the Observer expressing concern, so Tenby Council have not only made me happy, but also a large number of parishioners. Well done!
