Sir, At last something seems to be happening to the horrible state of the road at North Beach. I saw the posters all over the place this week saying 'these buildings are a disgrace' - how true! The first time I stayed at Tenby was at the beautiful Ocean Hotel. To see it today makes me want to cry. My family owns a static caravan just outside Tenby and we look after it. It is all we can afford, but we are very proud of it. If I was in charge of one of the sad buildings on The Croft, I would have never let it get into such a poor state. At least the Pig and Puffin has had a paint job on the windows, but I can't understand why it closed for the summer. So come on you property tycoons, swap me for my caravan and I'll show you how to do it.
