I am writing regarding the Community Hall at Jameston.

I have heard that the contractors have been instructed to sand and cement render over the stone front of this building.

It would be sacrilege to let this happen, the Gothic arches over the windows should be visible for all to see, and would enhance the square, as does the Swan Lake Inn.

I hope the community will read this letter and stop it happening.
