Pembrokeshire County Council staff took part in the recent Race for Life 5K charity run.

Seven women employees from County Hall took to the pathways around Scolton Manor in Haverfordwest, on Sunday, May 10.

They raised almost £500 for Cancer Research UK.

Some of the runners are pictured after their run at County Hall with Clr. Sian James, cabinet member for health and well-being.

Clr. James praised the runners for their effort.

"Race for Life is a wonderful way of raising money for a good cause," she said. "Not only does it help cancer research, but it also helps women keep fit at the same time."
